the interview function is complex. there is an essence, a need for the most pressing human need – communication. the need to communicate translates into the Marketing, People-Relations and Teamwork sub-categories.
the Marketing function in the communication (Interview) process is key to the communication phenomenon. there is a message that needs to be carried across boundaries that may be social, technical or merely superficial. this would ensure comprehension and endorsement from the other agent in the Interview process (the panel) since the medium of transmission would have overcome any boundary-specific barriers.
